JSC "BLMZ" has been engaged in foundry and machining activities since 1932. During this period of time, a huge industrial base was created. And now it allows us to fulfill a wide variety of orders for almost all industries: from aviation and oil production to medicine and sports. It is not surprising that during its existence the plant has accumulated a huge production capacity, and unique testing centers have appeared on its basis. Last week, a field meeting was held in the testing centers at the industrial base of JSC "BLMZ" for the management of the company S7. Earlier, on October 1, Mkrtich Okroyan, the General engineer of JSC "AMNTK SOYUZ" (the key-partner of JSC BLMZ), held a working meeting with the management of S7, where the companies agreed on mutually beneficial cooperation and joint work on the new S7 transport aircraft.
Mkrtich Okroyan, the General engineer of JSC AMNTK SOYUZ", took Part in the working meeting of the Eurasian Economic Commission. The topic of discussion was the creation of a working Commission on the possibility of joint production of gas turbine locomotives on the territory of the EEC. These locomotives with an internal combustion gas turbine engine do not require accompanying electrical communications and allow railways to be laid even in remote areas without electricity. It is important that each member state of the Eurasian economic Union will be responsible for a certain stage of production. This large-scale project will not only benefit the economies of these countries, but also create a lot of jobs and will improve the corresponding infrastructure. The main goal of this project is to create a single convenient railway network that will facilitate movement and logistics even in areas without electricity.
On the 1st of October Mkrtich Okroyan, the General engineer of JSC AMNTK SOYUZ, held a working meeting with the management of the Siberian airline S7. Both sides discussed options of mutually beneficial cooperation. One of the key points of discussion was the production of specific details of JSC "AMNTK SOYUZ" on the S7 industrial base. In addition, the S7 company plans to release a new transport aircraft, the engine for which will be manufactured by JSC "AMNTK SOYUZ". Our company has a huge production base and is ready to provide the "S7" with P-137 engine, which is perfectly suited to the technical requirements of the future transport aircraft. S7 management was interested in the unique testing centers of JSC "AMNTK SOYUZ", so later on there was organized a meeting at the production facility of JSC "BLMZ".
On September 25, JSC "AMNTK SOYUZ" and LLC "RUSELPROM" agreed to work together on a platform designed for full electric propulsion of ships. JSC AMNTK SOYUZ will create a turbine for the ship at full electric propulsion, and LLC "RUSELPROM" will take over the production of the generator and propulsion & steering columns. Also, during the meeting, the companies agreed to supply equipment for working on ships powered by the R179-300 engine. In the future it is planned to create new unique power plants for shipbuilding. JSC "AMNTK SOYUZ" has been designing engines for aviation, shipbuilding and defense industry for 77 years. During this period of time, we have accumulated a huge experience, developed a massive production base and are now one of the leading companies in this industry. We have not only preserved the great legacy of the Soviet school of engine building, but also multiplied it with the latest research and development.
JSC "BLMZ" is a leading company for casting spare parts for all industries, the main specialization of which is the aerospace industry. It is not surprising that many companies place orders for the production of engines and their parts on the industrial base of JSC "BLMZ". For example, JSC UZGA, headed by the Director Oleg Dotsenko, ordered the production of parts for the D-18T engine from JSC BLMZ. At a working meeting between the General engineer of JSC "AMNTK SOYUZ", Okroyan M. O, the head of the company "AGAT" Yeliseyev Yu. S. and the Director of the division of JSC "UZGA" Dotsenko O. S., the companies discussed mutually beneficial cooperation and built a further work plan. It is also interesting that this meeting was held at the international helicopter exhibition HeliRussia, which was attended by the General engineer of our key- partner company JSC "AMNTK SOYUZ" Mkrtich Okroyan. The HeliRussia exhibition has been held regularly since 2008 and is the largest helicopter show in Europe and the second largest in the world.
